Lou’s Crew is designed for anyone who wants to take on an athletic activity and be part of something bigger than themselves. Whether celebrating a birthday, training for a 5k, committing to walk a mile a day, and more, you can make an impact. Lou’s Crew gives you the tools and inspiration to turn what you love doing into meaningful support for ALS families and research.
All it takes is choosing your activity and fundraising $444.
Upon successfully meeting a $444 goal during the calendar year, participants earn a well-deserved spot as a proud member of Lou's Crew, actively contributing to the broader mission of Live Like Lou.
